Anitta is bisexual and identifies as "part of the LGBTQ+ community".[152] [153] She dated Mr. Thug, the lead vocalist of Bonde da Stronda, from early 2011 until the end of 2012.[154] [155] [156] The singer also had a human relationship with thespian and model Pablo Morais.[157] On Nov 17, 2017, she married man of affairs Thiago Magalhães, with whom she had been in contact since May of the aforementioned year. The couple officialized the marriage under full separation of goods.[158] [159] [160] [161] [162] They announced their separation in September 2018.[163] From June 2019, she was dating Pedro Scooby,[164] until their breakup in August 2019, with Scooby claiming that she broke upwards with him via text message without giving him a reason.[165] She likewise began dating Gabriel David in Feb 2020, but they broke up in April that twelvemonth.[166] [167] One calendar month after, she began dating idiot box host Gui Araújo,[168] [169] until they bankrupt up in June of that year.[170]

In an interview for Trip mag in 2017, she stated that she is undergoing therapy and also that if she did not pursue her creative career, she would "be a happy psychologist".[132]

In January 2019, later watching the documentary Cowspiracy (2014), she became vegan.[171]

Aside from her native Portuguese, she can also speak some Italian and can speak English and Spanish fluently.
